We hope you are all keeping safe and well. We do ask guests not to visit if they have any of the COVID-19 symptoms as per government guidelines.
We are hoping to be able to reopen in early spring but this depends on government policy.
As we look forward to welcoming guests back to the B&B after the latest lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic we would like to reassure you that we are taking all possible steps to protect our guests, staff and ourselves.
We will maintain strict hygiene standards with additional measures put in place relating to COVID-19. This includes deep cleaning, sanitising and social distancing.
We have developed a more intensive and longer cleaning regime complying with standards for COVID-19 including steam cleaning all soft furnishings ie curtains, headboard, bed base etc.
We have increased the cleaning, sanitising and ventilation of public areas.
To reduce risk of transmission rooms will not be serviced for a 3 night or less stay (unless in an emergency) thereafter only on request. Cleaning equipment will be provided for your use.
We have introduced a 72 hour quarantine for duvet and pillows.
Due to social distancing measures we will be serving breakfast in your rooms. This worked very well last year with many guests having breakfast on their balconies. Guests staying in our twin room are welcome to have breakfast on our patio area with sea views.
We ask guests to adhere to social distancing when in public areas.
New government legislation requires the wearing of face coverings in public areas.
We ask guests to use the hand sanitisers provided, on entering the B&B and leaving guest bedrooms.
If any guest is contacted by Track or Trace before visiting we ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
If you have symptoms of COVID-19 ( high fever, persistent new cough, loss of taste or smell or problems breathing ) 14 days prior, during or after your stay please notify us immediately.
We apologise for any inconvenience these measures may cause but hope that you appreciate that we are trying to do our best in these very difficult times.
We look forward to welcoming you to Seaview B&B and hope you enjoy your stay.
